Camp Kitty is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist
to work in both the kennel and retail areas.
All potential employees must be multi-tasking, self-starters with the
ability to work with little supervision and be able to work well with others. Also, one MUST be able to work holidays.
Qualifications:
Must have cat experience (not necessarily professional)
Must be confident with cats
Must have outstanding customer service skills
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Must be able to bend and kneel
Must be able to multi-task, manage time wisely and work well
under pressure
Must be able to work weekends
Duties:
Cleaning kennels which may include urine, feces, vomit
Scooping litter boxes
Disinfecting kennels and litter boxes in between boarders
Washing dishes
Dusting the retail area
Sweeping and mopping
Feeding cats per owner's instructions
Medicating cats
Playing with and petting cats
Checking in/checking out boarders
Entering information into a computerized scheduling program
Taking reservations
Answering any questions owners may have
Providing service with a smile
